At Jah Sun Music and Apparel, each item is made just for you! Since all our clothing is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.
Order Issues That Do Not Qualify for Replacements
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
